Patient Care

  • IV therapy: priming lines, monitoring sites (depending on scope)

  • Blood glucose testing and insulin administration

  • Oxygen therapy and nebulizer treatments

Safety & Professional Practice

  • Recognize and respond to emergencies

  • Use clinical judgement to prioritize care

  • Follow hospital policies and nursing standards

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Infection Control

  • Proper PPE use (donning/doffing)

  • Implement isolation precautions

  • Follow outbreak management protocols
